Where you are personally a party to a contract, we process information as necessary to perform that contract or take steps you request before entering it. Your information may be handled by the people who respond to your enquiry and by service providers supporting our website and business communications, where needed for those services. SERO Digital provides our enquiry platform. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check on our enquiry form.

If you contact us directly by email, our business email service handles that correspondence. This is separate from the website form, which stores accepted enquiries without sending email notifications.

The length of time information is needed depends on the nature of your enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping or legal-claim requirements. These factors determine how long enquiry correspondence and related records need to be kept.

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam and abuse. Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser and connection signals, to carry out this security check.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or receive information you provided in a portable format.
